Smoked Rum
Intensely smoky with hints of apple and burnt treacle, beguilingly smooth after a punchy nose. The finish unashamedly reminds you of this rum's fiery origin.  
  
Burning Barn is based on a fruit farm. For our smoked rum we take apple wood from retired apple trees, chip and dry it before using it to cold smoke a fruity, treacly aged Demerara rum. The result is an award-winning sipping rum.

Smoked Rum Old Fashioned - Our Smoked Rum makes the ultimate OF. Stir down a double of Smoked Rum with a bar spoon of apple molasses and a few dashes of bitters.
